Tonight I watched this video and as it started I was thinking to myself, "this isn't so bad -- pledging to volunteer is good."  But then as the video progressed and by the time this video came to an end, I was a mix of anger and sadness.  I never thought possible that America, the land of the Free and the Brave, could ever be anything else--but this video shows how close we are to losing the greatest gift ever given to any civilization: A Republic.

I felt so compelled to do something that I went to the school board meeting tonight and faced what we are up against: people drunk on the kool-aid of progressivism which is the promise of security in exchange for freedom. I spoke to the board of how wrong this is to teach children to pledge their loyalty to a President and not to the Constitution and I asked them to pledge to NEVER show anything like this to our children.  The answer was a deafening silence.  I sat down and thought what a waste of time and then the woman behind me placed her hand on my shoulder and said, "Thank you for speaking."

This is why I do what I do no matter the cost or the sacrifice, this is the 9-12 Project.
