11. Government Reform Act of 2011-HR 155-will create a national commission, modeled after the successful Defense Base Closure and Realignment Commission, to establish a timely, independent, and fair process for realigning or closing outdated, ineffective, or inefficient Executive agencies. 2.  SB 023:  Requires commuters of state-owned vehicles to reimburse the state for mileage to commute	Telephone, fax and/or write to your Representative and Senator to support this bill
3. HB 1075:  Limits current requirement that $15 Million be spent on transit and rail projects until 2015, instead money will go to counties for road and bridge projects—money is from increased registration fees	Telephone, fax and/or write to your Representative and Senator to support this bill
4.  HB 1025:  Repeals the hospital bed tax in order to expand Medicaid.	Telephone, fax and/or write to your Representative and Senator to support this bill
5.  HB 1048:  Creates a tax credit for families who move their children from a public to a private educational program.  If 3% of public school population participates, estimated savings of $100,000,000 to taxpayers. BAD EXECUTIVE BRANCH ACTIONS:	ACTIONS YOU CAN TAKE:
1.  EPA plans to control greenhouse gasses using regulations.  The EPA ruled in 12/09 that greenhouse gasses endanger the public health and welfare which allows them to regulate.  In May 2010, the EPA issued rulings that will control permits beginning January 2011.	See Good Federal Bills #7—HR 97 to prohibit the EPA from enforcing these regulations.
2.  Recess appointment of Ambassador to Syria	Write to the President and ask him why he appointed an Ambassador without Senate approval
BAD SENATE CONFIRMATIONS:	ACTIONS YOU CAN TAKE:
START Treaty confirmation.  This Treaty is really bad for national defense.  President Obama gave away the store.	This was confirmed by the Senate in the lame duck session.

GOOD JUDICIAL ACTIONS:	ACTIONS YOU CAN TAKE:
There are now 26 states joined in the Florida lawsuit against Obamacare:  Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Ohio, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah & Washington.	A majority of states now oppose Obamacare.
BAD SCHOOL BOARD ACTIONS:	ACTIONS YOU CAN TAKE:
The Thompson School Board voted to give $15,000 of taxpayer money to sue the taxpayers of Colorado in Lobato v. State of Colorado	Vote out the 3 school board members up for reelection in 2011 and the 3 that are up for reelection in 2013 that approved this

OBAMACARE FACTS:  Construction has been stopped on 45 physician-owned hospitals nationwide, because under Obamacare they will not be able to bill Medicare for treatments.  This is the democrats’ plan to promote jobs, greater access to doctors and choice in health care.

DO YOU KNOW that the Dept. of Health and Human Services paid Google, Bing and other internet search engines to put positive Obama administration websites at the top of search results for Obamacare.  Wasting taxpayer money while providing Obamacare-slanted propaganda at the same time.  Typical government in action.
