S773 - Sybersecurity Act of 2009 introduced 4/1/2009. Would give President Obama sweeping authority over Internet Service Providers.

Immigration Reform
Over 80 bills presently in committee.  President Obama is committed to passing comprehensive immigration reform this year or early next year.

Environment
S787 Clean Water Restoration Act has been introduced in the Senate on April 2, 2009.  This bill would amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to replace the term "navigable waters" that are subject to such Act with the term "waters of the United States".

This bill (aka "card check") would change the rules governing the formation of unions. Workers may lose their right to a private ballot vote.
