John Suthers gets standing ovation at GOP Assembly E-mail
Monday, 05 April 2010 09:38

scott_brownAt the GOP Larimer County Assembly on April 3, Colorado Attorney General John Suthers was recognized for joining with other state attorney generals (Florida, South Carolina, Nebraska, Texas, Michigan, Utah, Pennsylvania, Alabama, South Dakota, Louisiana, Idaho, and Washington) to challenge the constitutionality of the individual health care mandate in the recently enacted Health Care legislation. An enthusiastic crowd of about 1000 delegates and visitors gave John a standing ovation. Our federal government has for many years expanded their reach far beyond the intent of the framers of the U. S. Constitution... we thank our Attorney General John Suthers for protecting our 10th amendment rights.

Say NO to United Nations Small Arms Treaty - Initiative 42 E-mail
Thursday, 01 April 2010 09:55

The issue is sovereignty vs legally binding international treaties that infringe upon our constitutional rights. Tom Trancredo at American Legacy Alliance asks us to support Initiative 42.

The purpose of Initiative 42 is to amend the Colorado Constitution to declare Colorado a United Nations Free Zone. Specifically, this Amendment would declare and request that all elected public officials in the state oppose by all means available the adoption or ratification of any United Nations treaty or other agreement which impairs, restricts or regulates the right to keep and bear arms.

See a message from Tom Trancredo (American Legacy Alliance) on our Video page.
