Meeting Structure:

• One person at a time speaks when recognized by the Chair
• When speaking please stand if possible
• 2 minute limit on speaking
• Walk the Talk announcements – 3 minutes
• Speak clearly when making a motion or when seconding a motion and state your name
• Please be respectful of others when they are speaking
• Agenda item requests must be be submitted one week prior to meeting @ minimum
