One person at a time speaks when recognized by the Chair

When speaking please stand if possible

2minute limit on speaking

Walk the Talk announcements – 3minutes

Speak clearly when making a motion or when seconding a motion and state your name

Please be respectful of others when they are speaking

Agenda item requests must be be submitted one week prior to meeting @ minimum
